No title (starts right after rp sample of my character aplication)

Nadeshiko walked out of her house. She had just been told that if she wanted to go travel, she could. Nadeshiko carried a staff and a bag as she walked down the street. She looked up to the sky. "Hey, Suki! You look like your going to go somewhere." A deep voice said. Nadeshiko turned her head it was the shop keeper that has known her for a long time. "I am going somewhere, I'm going to travel like a rurouni." The shop keeper laughed. "A rurouni eh? Well, good luck." He said.
"Thanks, I'll be needing it." Nadeshiko continued to walk.

Aratachi, the Deity of Truth, Balance and Order, was coincidentally floating in the clouds, above Iki, like he does sometimes.

Aratachi was also shrouded in the skies, but he kept a good eye on the surface.

Is that a girl I see below me...? Aratachi had thought to himself, as he noticed an armed figure wondering around.

"I wonder where she is headed, its rare seeing women roam alone now'a days... Hopefully she has combat training." Aratachi said, addressing his speaking blade, Makou. Aratachi was very calm, and collected.

"Why don't you find out young Aratachi..." Makou had said, in its deep, wise voice that echoed.

"Hmm, that would be quite enjoyable I presume." Aratachi said to Makou.

"Use your magic, approach her as if you were a criminal, or perhaps just an innocent man..." Makou had suggested.

"Well, I should use my Eyes of Balance to see where she falls under." Aratachi activated his eyes of balance, and from a distance, he noticed she was glowing blue, which symbolized a good person, but this person could still be neutral, or shrouded, since his eyes rarely deceive him.

"Well?" Makou had asked suddenly.

"It appears she is of good faith, lets hope she can defend herself as well, I wouldn't want any innocent girl wondering around, alone..." Aratachi said, starting to feel slight pity for mortals in general, since every mortal has to worry about losing their own life.

"I believe I will approach her, as a test to see if she can make it alone, in the real world...She seems innocent to me though." Aratachi exclaimed to Makou very calmly, and collected.

"Dont underestimate any mortal, they are quite suprising." Said Makou very wisely.

"Fine, but I will engage on her, if she seems pretty handy, I will retreat from the location, but if she is weak, i will reveal my identity to her as a Deity, and maybe help her out some..." Aratachi said.

"As you wish young Aratachi, but please, becareful." Makou said wisely, once again.

"I know Makou, I am not weak!" Aratachi said, sort of mad, but kept his cool and collected personality intact.

Aratachi then began to float down to a location on the surface, so that he can disguise himself, then approach the girl...

Kota was walking in the forest then he saw a town. A girl was walking out of the town. "hmm... a girl that's odd and i smell Aratachi to." said kota to himself. I have a bad feeling about this so i'm going to watch over her." Kota move the shield on his a little bit and followed her because if Aratachi was here who knows what would happen. Kota tried to contact Aratachi. "Aratachi can you here me, what are you doing here, what are you planing."

"Ms. Suki! Ms. Suki!" A voice called from behind her. "Hmm?" Nadeshiko turned around. There was a old man with a long beard. "Hello." Nadeshiko said with a smile. "I heard that you'll be leaving town today." "Wow, rumors go through this town fast." She said. The old man laughed. "Oh ho ho ho! Ms. Suki your so funny!" I swear people here have no sense of humor. That was not funny at all. Nadeshiko thought. "So, Denjiro, how did you find out I was leaving?" She asked. "I stalked you!" "What?!" She yelled. "Ha ha ha, just kidding, I heard the conversation between you and the shop keeper." "That's evasedropping!" "You definitely are a smart one." The old man Denjiro said. "I want to tell you something, a piece of advice to be exact." "What is it?" "Be careful, with who you talk with while your traveling. Always keep your guard up, not everyone in this world is good. There are men out there, that will kidnap such a young fine lady like yourself." "Old man Denjiro." "Yes?" He asked. "Have you forgotten?! I was trained to use weapons, be a pristess and other things." Nadeshiko said. "Right, right. I did forgot, well please, Suki. Please, be careful." Old man Denjiro said and he walked off. Nadeshiko continued to walk, and pretty soon, she was out of town and on a road to the next town.

Aratachi sensed Kota nearby, his mind was still focused on the girl though...

Aratachi finally landed onto the surface from the clouds, right behind a hill that was nearby a girl. This is when Aratachi used some magic to make himself seem like a poor and hungry traveller, that has been alone on the road for a while.

Once Aratachi's disguise was complete he slowly changed his personality, and hid Makou, then he calmly started confronting the girl...

Aratachi had summoned a knife beforehand, which would dissapear once it is disarmed by the user of it...

The disguise he took was an older man, weak, and hungry, and desperate, and wearing very poor clothes.

Aratachi, or his new name, "Odo Minoharu" that was this "character" he had made himself to be's name.

odo then calmly, confronted the girl.

"Hello, it seems you have some riches on you. My name is Odo, perhaps you can bring me with you on your journey?" Odo had asked, but this was not Aratachi's intention of the test, like HE would ever travel with a mortal.

The older man, "Odo" awaited a response from the girl. Aratachi was prepared if Kota were to confront him any time soon... Aratachi didn't want anything that could sense him ruin, his test for this girl...

"Aratachi!." Yell Kota to Aratachi's mind. "Answer me I now you know i'm here." Kota was getting mad at Aratachi he knew if Aratachi was confronting a human it wont normaly end up good. Kota watched Aratachi walk up to the girl. Kota decided it would be best to do what Aratachi did and hid his shield. His mind was buzzing on what would happen. His eyes narrowed. Aratachi what are you doing? thought kota to himself.

(OOC: Kota, that was out of turn, it goes, Yuki, me, then you... I guess she will go next, and I will go after her, then you after me. Just remember that next time. )

Nadeshiko looked at the man. "Sorry, but you can not come with me. Sir, you won't even be able to keep up with me, you'll slow me down. And besides, I don't even know you." Nadeshiko quickly took of her bag and took out her kurisagama. And then she threw it in front of her, she cut a poisnous bug in half. "You don't want that to bite you. Anyway, my journey for now, is one that I need to take alone. Also, I've never told you that I'm going on a journey. How do you know that I'm not getting business done in the next town? Usually, woman from this town travel solo, because they are doing their husband or brother's buisness when no one else can fill in and they are sick. Rumors in this town don't reach routes or any other towns unti days afterward, right now, I bet so far only 15 people in my town know about the journey. Anyway, your wasting my time, us humans have less time then we think we do...and with that said. Good-bye whoever you are." Nadeshiko, put her kurisagama back into her bag and picked up her staff and started to walk around the man. Theres something off about that guy. I've never in my whole life heard of a man asking a woman traveling solo, to join her. It's always been the other way. Or the man and woman have been traveling with each other from the start. I have a bad gut feeling, if he follows, I should let him. When he attacks, I'll kill him. Nadeshiko thought.

(ooc:I edit this 5 times already!! That's a lot...my orginal was longer...but it made no sense so I kept on changing it over and over again.)

Kota yawned. "I wonder what's going on down there." said kota to himself. "Well, it looks like she's leaving now so i better get ready." Kota stood up, and yawned again. man, she took forever. thought kota to himself as he stood. He waited for them to pass he would follow them just in case.

"I apologize young lady, it appeared to me as if you were wondering, usually, people don't carry weapons and such, especially women, to towns..." Odo said. ""Us Humans" what does that mean, I am human, like yourself, if you must know, I am weak, and need a travelling companion, all the men have ridiculed me, and have made me look bad, I thought, travelling with you would be fine." Odo said very gruntly.

Odo had stayed in the same place, as he watched the young woman walk away from him. I still don't understand them... Thought Aratachi to himself. She seems well prepared tp fight though, but maybe I will test her anyway, although kota is nearby, he may get in the way...

Odo was now standing still, as the young woman began to walk away.

Odo secretly reached for his knife, when she was out of range.

From a distance, as her back was turned from him, he lunged his knife, great aim, directly at the back of her head. If she dies, thats one more human out of the way, if she lives... Then I have underestimated her... Aratachi thought to himself, as the blade was darting straight toward her from a distance.

Nadeshiko stopped walking.What is this feeling? Nadeshiko thought. This feeling...its..telling me to look behind. Nadeshiko quickly look behind her. I knew this was too good to be true. She saw the knife heading straight for her. She quickly blocked the knife with her staff. She then started to run straight to the man. A head on attack..is easy to counter. But, I got something up my sleeve, literally. I'm far too trusting but...Nadeshiko thought. "I'm not gong to die! Not until I...I have done everything I wanted to!" She yelled. She then jumped up and aiming to hit the man on his head. I....I'm not going to die. Not now...not in this place. Death on the battlefield, is a death I absolutely won't accept! I'm going to die old in my bed, during winter when the snow falls. And besides..I don't want to die a lonely death. I rather die, with my husband by my side! She thought.

Kota un-hid his shield and stop the girl from attacking Aratachi. "Stop!" Kota yelled he didn't care is the two leg heard him. "Aratachi!" Kota yelled get out of that form and show yourself. "You know better then to attack mortals!" Kota faced the girl. Kota's anger was clearly seen.

Aratachi was suprised by the girls sudden reaction, this proved that she was not just your normal girl, and that she was capable of survivng a journey on her own.

Nadeshiko then charged at Aratachi surpisingly, with decent speed, it looked easy to counter, but he knew she probably had a secondary plan. Right when she was about to start her attack on Aratachi directly, Kota called out suprisingly at Aratachi, a wolf, yelling out, right near a mortal, how will that end up?!? Anyway, Kota had called out to Aratachi.

The fool, apparently he couldn't see my intentions, now his cover as a normal wolf is blown, she will know he is an Okami, no, a God! What a fool Kota is, interrupting like this! Aratachi thought, suddenly sensing Nadeshiko's power with her blade coming straight for him.

"Damn!" Odo said, as he jumped back from the opponent, throwing a couple knives at her, he knew that now that she could see him attacking with just plain knives, that she would block easily.

Kota, he even called me Aratachi! Every mortal will know that Aratachi is the god of balance, and then I could even get thrown off my identity, I cant pull out Makou, since these foolish mortals know of Makou, the god of balance's sword...

Cursed, now he told me to get out of this form... Kota is horrible at keeping secrets... Damn him!

Aratachi thought all this out, as he was quickly, and closely, dodging his current opponents attacks, he couldn't pull out his ultimate weapon, his sword, because he was hoping his cover still wouldnt be blown...

Anyway, Aratachi dashed back further and further from the girls current location, he then seemed to dissapear, away from the path he was taking to dodge, and avoid her sight, and attacks.

That was much to close, lets hope Kota doesn't reveal anything more to her... Aratachi thought to himself, as he was hidden in a tree, deeper in a forest nearby the path Nadeshiko, Kota, and himself were just on, he kept a visual on Kota and Nadeshiko though, he knew the girls name, since he used his eyes of truth...

Nadeshiko heard Kota's voice, she looked at him and saw that he was a wolf. What the? I'm not going to say anything. He is somehting that isn't human. I'm going to pretend that I heard and saw nothing. I definitely do not want to get caught up in a web like that. Nadeshiko thought. She saw Aratachi throwing knives at her and quickly blocked them. She landed on her feet. "Man, oh man. I should've stayed at home!" But...but I won't be able to fufill my wish if I..stop now. She thought. Nadeshiko shoved her staff in the ground. "I should've disguised myself as a man!!" She screamed. I wouldn't be in this mess! Woman who travel alone are always targeted, because to some men, we're weak."I got to get out of here and I'm definitely not going to tell anyone about this. And if I slip, I'll just say it was just a dream." She said silently. She then grabbed her staff and then she grabbed her bag and started to run to the next town. I got to get out of here...and fast! No way, no way am I staying there anymore! If I stayed...it would lead me to a path that I certainly don't want to take. She thought.

Kota sighed, he was standing alone in the woods. I'm back were i started. thought Kota. Kota walked away to find Aratachi. What did i get into this time thought kota. I wonder were he went? Kota howled to contact Aratachi.

Aratachi jumped from a nearby tree right near Kota, and he quickly kocked Kota's head with his right foot, very hard.

"You fool! Now a mortal knows we roam their lands freely! That is illegal for Deity in Heaven! You do realize Nadeshiko heard you! Hopefully she will act as if she saw nothing... There was no need for you to step in, she was not weak, you idiot! Our cover is blown, a mortal knows we exist, now, we either kill her, or stalk her... I'd prefer killing her, personally..." Aratachi said, with a cold tone, but truly, he wasn't cold, he just felt the world would be better without mortals dominating it.

"If we stalk her, we will need to confront her somehow, and she will be suspicious the next time around..." Aratachi calmly said.

"Stalk would be safest" said kota "Unlike what you think two-leg, morals aren't all bad. "I can pick up her sent if were going to confront her again." said kota "I think the two-leg headed that way" Kota pointed his head in the way the girl was heading. "Also unlike you the only thing i can hid is my shield" said Kota "Also you need a different form she knows of the other one, but like me do the talking or els she might get another army after us."

"I realize I need a different form, remember, I am not a mortal... I DONT forget at all..." Aratachi exclaimed.

"I will approach her next time as a beautiful maiden... Or a female...either way, my next form will be a woman, it will allow me to get closer to the mortal..." Aratachi said softly.

"You, will lead me to her, you got that dog?" Aratachi calmly asked.

Then Aratachi prepared his things, and the proper objects he will need to disguise himself, completely with a new form...

Aratachi kept Makou hidden at all times, just in case.

Nadeshiko stopped running. Hmmm? Nadeshiko felt the back of her head. My ribbon! It's gone! She thought. I wonder if I lost it during the battle? I should go back and search for it. Nadeshiko thought. She turned around and started to run. My silver ribbon..I never ever...in my life lost it. That ribbon is my life, it was attached to me when my mom abonded me at the shrine. That ribbon...on the other side there's some special symbol on it, that may tell me who my family is, later in the future. I can not lose it. I've never seen a silver ribbon like mine before...that give me a clue that my family must be rich. But...I'll look for them while I do this journey. I can do both right? Nadeshiko was back at the place where the battle had taken. She stopped running and started to look for her lost ribbon.

Kota returned to the place of the fight. "If she droped something i can track her. said kota "This will do." Kota walked over to a silver ribbon. "This belonged to her." said kota picking it up. He smelt it then some how put in under his shield. "It shall stay there until we can return it" said Kota. "I got her sent lets go." Kota walked towards the west towards the sent.

"Don't go to far, it has an emblem on it, which symbolizes importance, she will most likely return here shortly, to look for it... If you go any closer to the scent she could spot you..." Aratachi said, as he slipped on some sandals, and a woman's kimono, Aratachi was actually very beautiful as a girl, with his make up, and long silver hair and piercing golden eyes, but he didn't really care, since he wouldnt consider himself male or female, only because a Deity is not mortal...

Aratachi was also preparing his umbrella, it was pink and white, with various symbols, and patterns on it, as if he were an entertainer or something.

"Alright, I think we will be safer now, dont go any further towards the scent, first we should wait for her to come closer to us, giving us an advanatage and sight of her location, so that we could pursue her from here." Aratachi claimed.

"Quite a beautiful woman you make Aratachi." Makou said, giggling a little. "Thank you, I suppose." Aratachi responded, very carelessly, and not realizing Makou, his blade that was completely concealed was making fun of him.

Then Aratachi as well as Kota, it seemed, began to pause and wait for a good time to approach her, since she was bound to come back looking for the ribbon they got to first...

Nadeshiko looked for her ribbon. "Out of all the places to lose a ribbon, I just had to lose it here!" Nadeshiko said to herself. "Where could it be?" She looked at the ground.

"She coming!" said kota jumping behind a bush." I'll keep the ribbon with me for the time being."

"Anyway get in carater, shes not far away." said kota now hidden by the bush. Kota waited for the girl to come if he picked up the right sent.

Aratachi grabbed the ribbon Kota had found from him, he would use it as an excuse to why a woman was out here, in this area, as to not look so suspicious...

Aratachi or his guise, Hira Koroko, had the silver ribbon in his...well, now her hands, along with a beautiful umbrella, he looked very attractive as a woman.

"Why hello miss, its amazing on what you can find in these woods, or outside of your home... Like this." Hira showed Nadeshiko a silver ribbon.

"Isn't it beautiful, it has some kind of crest, it shows signs of elegance, I love it, the seven gods of luck must be watching over me!" Hira said, she giggled in happiness.

"What is a young warrior like yourself doing outside of your home alone, may I ask?" Hira asked, very innocently, with a beautiful feminine voice.

Nadeshiko looked at the ribbon. "Oh! My ribbon!" Nadeshiko sighed. "I'm very happy someone like you found it instead of a man...or a robber. People like that will pawn it off the minute they lay eyes on it." The woman then asked her a question. "What is a young warrior like yourself doing outside of your home alone, may I ask?" "I'm on a journey, I'm going to live my dream and travel to many places, meet people and eat diffrent things, that I hope aren't too disgusting. I may face a stick in the road but I will either go around it or stomp on it with my foot!!" She said proudly.

(OCC:'Imay face a stick in the road but I will either go around it or stomp on it with my feet.'This means that if nadeshiko is in a fight she'll either avoid it or win it or it could mean that if she faces a problem she would deal with it or not....I don't remeber what it means actually....)
